This website and shop (2ndlayer.studio) are operated by CHDE bv ("2nd Layer", "we", "us"), company number 1033.545.886, VAT BE1033545886, registered at Stropstraat 29, 9810 Nazareth, Belgium. Contact: info@2ndlayer.studio.

Orders and prices.
By placing an order you agree to these terms. A sale is concluded once we confirm your order by email. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include Belgian VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order, or — for large works — quoted and agreed with you before dispatch.

The artwork.
Each piece is handmade. Small natural variations in finish, colour and texture are part of the work and are not defects. Product photos are representative of the piece you receive.

Right of withdrawal & guarantee.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on ready-made, non-personalised pieces, and the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies to all goods. Custom, personalised and made-to-order work is excluded from the right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Intellectual property.
All images, designs and content on this site are the property of 2nd Layer and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Fan-art pieces are independent, handmade tributes and are not affiliated with, licensed by, or endorsed by the original rights holders.

Governing law & disputes.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of East Flanders (Ghent). EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst): https://consumentenombudsdienst.be.
