Shipping & Pickup

Processing times.
Ready pieces ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and commissioned work varies by piece — because each build is different, we confirm the timeline with you personally after your order.

Local pickup (Belgium).
Select "Local pickup" at checkout to collect your piece from the studio in Nazareth. Pickup is free. We'll email you when your order is ready and arrange a time.

Large works & display pieces.
Life-size display pieces and large products are shipped by arrangement. After your order we contact you with a crated-freight quote based on the size of the work and your location. Nothing ships before you approve the quote, and the freight cost is invoiced separately.

Smaller works.
Shipped via tracked courier within Belgium and the EU. You'll receive a tracking number once your piece is on its way.

Delivery times.
In line with EU law, we deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree a longer timeline with you (for made-to-order work).

Customs & duties.
For orders shipped outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
